Job Summary
We are looking to hire Customer Success Interns who are enthusiastic about supporting customers, quick to learn, and eager to build a career in customer experience. This 6-month internship is ideal for fresh graduates or those who have recently completed the NYSC programme and are looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support, product knowledge, and relationship management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Details
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone call
- Learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs effectively
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution
- Document customer feedback, issues, and suggestions accurately
- Support customer onboarding and education initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone with customers
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Adequate computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly
- A positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous customer success experience is a plus but not mandatory
