Job Summary

We are looking to hire Customer Success Interns who are enthusiastic about supporting customers, quick to learn, and eager to build a career in customer experience. This 6-month internship is ideal for fresh graduates or those who have recently completed the NYSC programme and are looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support, product knowledge, and relationship management within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Details

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone call
  • Learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs effectively
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Document customer feedback, issues, and suggestions accurately
  • Support customer onboarding and education initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone with customers

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Adequate computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Previous customer success experience is a plus but not mandatory
